Example for below requirement For an Educational Institution if there are 25 openings for Computer Science, 30 openings for English, 20 Openings for Social Studies, and 15 openings for bus drivers, the number of requirement is counted as 4 (one each for teaching job Computer Science, English, Social Studies and non-teaching job driver and Maths) and billed for 4 and its' not counted with the number of positions as 90 (25 openings for Computer Science, 30 openings for English, 20 Openings for Social Studies and non-teaching job opening of 20 drivers).
